Pros: Eluma electronic cigarettes are the only company that we know that guarantees 100% no carcinogens in their product. They offer an inexpensive starter kit too. We purchased the simple starter kit for $29.99. With the shipment we received 10 cartridges and free shipping. One battery with USB recharger and 1 atomizer. Same day shipping except Sunday.
Cons: Heavier than others but but battery is larger. Customer service isn’t available through phone. Product will not ship outside USA despite website giving the option.

With 6 flavorful cartridges to choose from you have a little more selection compared to some of the other electronic cigarette manufacturers. With Eluma, you can get Traditional Tobacco, Cool Mint Menthol, Death By Chocolate, Vibrant Vanilla, Cherry Culmination, and one of their newest editions, Espresso Especial. The nice thing about the cartridges is that you can completely remove the foil seal. We like to remove the foil seal completely for two reasons. Firstly, all the glue that holds it down is peeled away from the cartridge while smoking and secondly, we’ve found a partially in tact seal limits vapor. The liquid itself is smooth and good tasting. It also doesn’t pool in the atomizer and flood. The cartridges are a little larger than some of the other electronic cigarette players so our cartridge review scores high in terms of liquid duration . We were only disappointed we didn’t get a variety kit to try out all the flavors.
An Eluma electronic cigarette cartridge is equivalent to 1 pack of cigarettes and contains .90ML of liquid making them 3 times more than most other brands. Each cartridge unit costs $1.

Vapor Production & Pull
This electronic cigarette is bigger and when compared to others (for example blu). With the larger electronic cigarette comes bigger things. The cartridge hold is larger is larger and the atomizer is l vented. The combination offers a good supply of air which feeds vapor production.
Pulling long and steady will produce the best amount of vapor in the Eluma cigs. If you’re a fast puller, you could be disappointed with the vapor production. As mentioned above though, the slow and easy pulls produce the best results. We thought the vapor could be a little thicker but then again both of our team members puffed even more than what normal people puff on traditional cigarettes. One of the best features we found is that there is no burning or strange taste from the atomizer leaving crisp and tasty pulls each time.

BATTERY PERFORMANCE & CHARGING
This electronic cigarette review section rates the charge that’s held and charging options. Since we purchased the simple starter kit we’ll be looking at the USB charger and battery only. On the Eluma “complete” starter kit you get everything under the sun. including a charger pack case, usb charger for the charger pack, a USB stick that plugs into the computer and the wall charger.

As you can see you’ll have endless options to charge up. The weight is fairly light for a battery and multiple charging options give you the freedom to charge them in multiple situations. The power package consists of a wall, USB, and pack charger.
If you want to plug into a wall then you can apply the USB cable to the wall plug. It appears the wall chargers aren’t good for 220V so if you’re outside of the US you’ll most likely just have to use the USB stick or pack charging cases. None of the team members even use the wall chargers anyway, but that might just be because we’re always on the computers writing reviews. The USB sticks work like a charm for us!

If you did get the “complete” version of the Eluma electronic cigarette kit, then remember you can’t charge the electronic cigarette while you’re charging the pack. It appears there’s some sort of safety feature that drains the charge. And when you go on vacation you won’t have the pack charged which results in zeroing your e-smoking…..(can you tell I’m speaking from experience?).
Like all the others you get notified when you’ve used up all your power. The LED begins flashing and you’re left without any vapor. Once it connects though you’re good to go. Charging is quick so you won’t be chewing much gum before you can get right back to it.
You’ll know when things are charged with the relevant indications. On the USB charger, the light turns green, and on the battery pack the light will extinguish completely. When it does it’s really important you remove it as soon as possible. Again, there are safety features built into these products so you’ll be confused and recharging again.
The versatility of the charging options always leave you high and dry.

Atomizer
Eluma Electronic cigarettes are 3 part gadgets consisting of separate battery, atomoizer and cartridge. The atomizer is housed in the middle with a casing that protects it. While others electronic cigarette atomizers are exposed and gather pocket lint and other debris, we were impressed by the Eluma setup. It’s earned top electronic cigarette review stars from us!

In the above photo you can see how the atomizer is protected by the casing and helps keep foreign debris out. What we liked most about this atomizer is that it didn’t heat things up so much that you’d get a burned aftertaste. You won’t get any metallic taste either. The Eluma electronic cigarette has been one of the only ones to date that we have not experienced liquid sputter. Eluma’s atomizer seems to heat things up just perfectly keeping the electronic cigarette and vapor cool and smooth on every pull.

Sex Appeal
Eluma cigs have that upper class look and feel about them. They are longer than a traditional cigarette and comparable to a 100s traditional. The black design is very sleek and the gold band where the atomizer screws to the battery looks sharp. The end of the electronic cigarette is proudly stamped with the Eluma logo.- A luminous red LED lights up on the front of every pull which mimics the look of a more traditional cigarette. The black and red complement each other quite well in both and day and night atmosphere. If you’re smoking in non smoking areas the Eluma’s can create some disapproving looks at times (especially the white colored electronic cigarettes) because the similarities between regular cigarettes. On the other hand I have been approached by numerous people asking me about the product. It’s been great for striking up conversations.
The recharge on-the-go packs are designed well and do a good job of not only protecting the product, but offering you recharge capabilities no matter where you are. If you’re just changing from regular cigarettes to electronic cigarettes, you might find the on-the-go packs a little bulky but I assure you it’s worth carrying them around.

Customer service for Eluma is good. We had some initial problems with our order as a team member living in Italy was unable to complete their order online. Eluma does not ship outside of the US despite what the website drop down menus say. When you try to complete the order your card will be rejected. Obviously, this is only a problem for people outside of the US. When I emailed them I didn’t mention that I was doing an electronic cigarette review and they were very helpful and went out of their way to suggest alternatives which tells me they’d do the same thing for everyone else.
There is currently no phone support available but their email support system is fantastic. And just maybe this is better than the phone because you get detailed responses. You’ll also experience lightning fast responses to all your questions !
